JASHVANT RAVAL

As one of the Founding Partners of the Firm, Mr. Raval has been the guiding spirit of the firm and has shaped its leadership right from the beginning. He has expertise of over 52 years across various industry segments and specialises in the audit of BFSI Sector, Risk Management, Arbitration and Management Consultancy. His competencies include DISA, IFRS, FAFD, Arbitration and Cyber Security.

He has been an Independent Director of one of the largest Asset Management Companies managing Mutual Fund Schemes in India and has chaired its Audit and Risk Management Committees. He continues to be a Director on the Board of various companies including start-ups.

VIJAY W. KORKE

SENIOR PARTNER

Mr. Korke is the Founding Partner of the Firm with over 53 years' experience. He specializes in Software, Systems and Project Management. He has also been a Faculty in Finance at various reputed Management Institutes.

He is based at Pune and oversees the Concurrent Audits of the BFSI Sector.

RAKESH KAUSHIK

MANAGING PARTNER

An ex-banker with extensive exposure to Banking and Mutual Funds, and a post qualification experience of 33 years in varied domains, Mr. Kaushik Specialises in General Banking, Foreign Exchange, Credit, Accounting & Finance, Financial Analysis, Systems and Procedures, Treasury and Risk Management, Cost Control, Audit, MIS, Legal/Compliance/Tax Matters, Mutual Fund Operations, Procurements, Back-Office and General Administration.

He is a Certificated Member of the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance (formerly known as the Indian Institute of Bankers) and has also been the Institute's Faculty Member and SME. He continues to be a Guest Faculty with the Institute.

He has contributed several articles to Bank Quest, the IIBF's Journal and is also a well-known Hindi poet, lyricist and writer with two published works namely 'Shri Sai Chalisa' and 'Katha Krishnapriya Ki (Hindi Translation of biography of Sadguru Mataji Krishnapriya)'. He also has interests in music, drama and cultural & social issues.

MITESH CHHEDA

A seasoned Chartered Accountant with over 10 years of experience, Mitesh holds extensive expertise in Statutory, Forensic, Internal, Systems and Concurrent Audits. He has inspected and carried out investigations on behalf of PFRDA of Custodians, Central Record keeping agencies and Trustee Banks. He is an expert in system and Data Migration Audit also. His professional qualifications include certifications in FAFD(ICAI), NISM Depository Operations, Concurrent Audit (ICAI), Forex and Treasury (ICAI), IND AS (ICAI).

NAIMISH SHAH

Mr. Shah has 25 years' experience in Audit, Assurance and Taxation services. He has been taking care of statutory and concurrent audits of PSU and Private Sector Banks and is also involved in Tax and GST Audits. His experience includes working as Financial Controller in a reputed educational institution for 7 years.

NARESH MALHOTRA

DIRECTOR

A Senior Banking and Finance Professional with extensive experience in corporate finance. He has been intensively engaged in domestic and overseas Banking operations at State Bank of India for over 32 years. He has experience of working in operational, planning, strategy formulation and in financial forensic investigations. He has been a Resolution Advisor in a premier ARC. He is also an Independent Consultant in Banking & Finance and is accredited with international consulting aggregators. He is a regular Contributor to visual and print media.

SUBHOJIT ROY

DIRECTOR

Mr. Roy is a senior Technology and Information/ Cyber Security Professional with vast experience in different areas, such as, technology strategy & planning, business transformation, InfoSec governance & management. He has more than three decades of diverse experience in IT, Information Security and new age technologies.

He was the Chief Information Officer (CIO) for SBI Mutual Fund, the largest Asset Management company in India. Apart from starting InfoSec function in SBI Mutual Fund, he was the main architect for building and scaling up complete technology foundation to its present stature.

He is a post-graduate from University of Calcutta. His major certifications include Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and Professional Scrum Master (PSM). He has been visiting faculty to leading management institutes and regular speaker in various industry forums.

A Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of experience in tax matters, MSMEs and Charitable Organisations. His expertise includes direct taxation, GST and audit, along with insights in insurance, bank, mutual funds and AMC entities. He was also on the Maharashtra Government Panel for Society Audits.

RAJESHWARI JOSHI

A skilled professional with DISA qualification, Rajeshwari has extensive experience in direct and indirect taxation. She has been involved in providing audit, assurance and financial services to PSUs, MSMEs and BFSI Sector.

With a post qualification experience of 12 years, Nitin specialises in Audit, Taxation and Company Law matters. Mr. Parikh has considerable experience of more than 50 years in Statutory audit of Corporates and BFSI Sector, Concurrent/Revenue audit and inspection of PSU Banks, Internal and Tax audits, Representing clients before the income tax department, handling search & seizure matters, Project Finance and Company law matters. Mr. Arvind Kochhar

Director

Mr. Arvind Kochhar joined as Probationary Officer in erstwhile State Bank of Patiala in May 1984 and worked in various positions in SBP as well as SBI post-merger, in different positions in Branches & Head office in diverse fields viz., Branch Banking, Foreign Exchange, Advances, IT, Recovery and Fraud Investigation.

His qualifications include M.Sc. (Hons) Chemistry, MBA (Finance) and CAIIB.

Mr. Aditya Nandakumar

Mr. Nandakumar is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with 18+ years of experience in Financial Analysis and Management Accounting and has worked with Morgan Stanley, J. P. Morgan, Emirates Group (Dubai) & Willis Group. His qualifications include a Post Graduate Degree in Business and Management from the University of Strathclyde. He has also worked as lecturer in Monash College and has contributed several articles to 'The Chartered Accountant', the monthly Journal published by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
